Description
This is the second I’ve done reflecting California fires. This horrific disasters have simultaneously a stunning, shocking, and addictive beauty and terror. This depiction is 24 x 48 inches. It’s a sad partner to the Witch Fire painting I shared some years ago. Climate boiling.

Thought I responded but don’t see it. Thank you, Lori. Wish the source was less tragic.

So emotive, these tragedies, so wonderful your painterly response. All too hard to really believe, such raging fires, such disaster. .......fav...........VIVA
Dennis Ellman replied:
Yes. Terrifying. We were evacuated during the Witch Fire. We had to grab valuables. My wife snatched a raw chicken from the refrigerator and we went to our daughter’s house. Good chicken, though. The things we do in a panic. We ended up safe, but it was frightening.
